Is my tab data private?
Yes. By default, your saved tabs never leave your browser — everything stays on your machine. Cloud sync is optional: turn it on and your saves go to your private account in Firebase EU. We never sell or share them, either way.
Where is my data stored?
In your browser, locally. If you turn on cloud sync (Premium), a copy goes to your private account in Firebase EU so it's available on your other devices. Local-only stays local-only.
Should I be worried about a tab manager reading everything I browse?
It's a fair worry — Google tightened Chrome Web Store rules on extension data collection in mid-2026 after security researchers flagged dozens of popular extensions quietly selling browsing data. Amazing Tabs only ever sees the tabs you explicitly choose to save, never your general browsing history, and those saves stay on your device unless you turn cloud sync on.
What happens to my saved tabs if I cancel Premium?
Nothing is deleted. You can still open and search every tab you saved. New saves go back to the free 100-link limit until you renew.
Why $2.90 a month?
It pays for the people building this full-time and keeps the lights on without ads, upsells, or data sales. Annual is $34.80/yr — about $2.90 a month. Monthly is $4.90.
What's the difference between Premium and Lifetime?
Same features. Premium is monthly or yearly. Lifetime is a one-time $99, capped at the first 200 founders — pay once, no recurring charge, ever.
How do refunds work?
30 days, no questions asked. Email hello@amazingtabs.app and you'll get your money back within two business days.
Is there a team plan?

I'm switching from OneTab, Toby, or Workona — is there an easy migration?
There's no one-click importer yet. Export a URL list from your old tool, then re-save just the tabs you actually still use — most people spend 30–60 minutes on the last few weeks rather than everything. See our OneTab, Toby, and Workona switching guides for tool-specific steps.
