Terms of Service.

Amazing Tabs is a Chrome extension and accompanying web service operated by Loistava Holding Oy (“we,” “us”), Helsinki, Finland. These terms apply to anyone who installs the extension, signs in to an account, or uses any page on amazingtabs.app.

By using Amazing Tabs you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Amazing Tabs is a Chrome extension that saves and organises browser tabs. By default everything is local — no account required. Premium adds cloud sync across devices, automatic backups, and a few extras described on the pricing page. What's in Premium today is what you're paying for; we may add to it.

You can use the extension without an account. If you sign in, you agree to:

• Give us a real email and keep it current.
• Keep your password safe and use a strong one.
• Be responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us if you think someone else got into your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service (see §6), break the law, or repeatedly fail payment.

Free plan: forever free, up to 100 saved links, no card required.

Premium: $2.90/month billed annually ($34.80/year) or $4.90/month billed monthly. You can cancel any time from the Account page or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.

Lifetime: $99 once, no recurring billing, capped at 200 founder spots. Lifetime grants you access to the current Premium feature set and any future features we ship inside the Premium tier.

30-day refund. If you regret the purchase within 30 days of paying, email hello@amazingtabs.app and we will refund you. No questions, no forms.

Prices are exclusive of VAT/sales tax where applicable. Stripe calculates and adds it at checkout based on your location.

You keep all rights to the tabs, links, notes, and content you save. We only host it (when cloud sync is on) so we can give it back to you. We don't use your saved data to train models, advertise to you, or build a derivative product.

You agree not to:

• Use Amazing Tabs to store, share, or distribute illegal content, child sexual abuse material, or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of our service except as part of a coordinated disclosure (email us first).
• Resell the service, white-label it, or use a single Premium seat to give multiple people Premium-tier access.
• Use automated means to scrape our APIs at a rate that interferes with other users.

We distribute the extension via the Chrome Web Store. The Chrome Web Store has its own terms; if those conflict with ours, theirs govern your install of the extension itself. We're still on the hook for the cloud service, billing, and your data under these terms.

We may push updates to the extension automatically through the store. Updates are usually backwards compatible; when they aren't, we'll say so on the changelog.

We own the extension code, the web app, the brand, the logo, the docs, and everything else we made. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Amazing Tabs for personal or internal business use while these terms apply.

We use open-source components under their respective licences. A list is available on request.

We aim for high uptime but don't promise the service will be available without interruption. Maintenance, third-party outages, and acts of god happen. If we have a long outage affecting cloud sync we'll communicate on /changelog.

We may change the service over time — improve it, change pricing for new sign-ups, retire experimental features. If we make a material change that reduces functionality you're paying for, we'll email you and offer a pro-rated refund.

Amazing Tabs is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every specific requirement you have.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or €100 if you're on the free plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can't be excluded by law.

You can stop using Amazing Tabs at any time. Uninstall the extension and (if you have one) delete your account from the Account page.

We can terminate or suspend your account if you materially breach these terms, particularly the acceptable-use section. Where reasonable, we'll give notice first.

Sections that should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limits, governing law) will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland. If you're a consumer in the EU, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

If we materially update these terms, we'll post a notice at the top of this page and email signed-in users. The “Last updated” date will reflect the change. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
